Refund Policy:
Returns are subject to a re-stocking charge of 10%.  Refund will be issued less shipping charges.  If the reason for the return is due to our error, a full refund including shipping charges will be issued including shipping charges.

Cancellation Policy:
Orders for items on our website may be cancelled without penalty at any time prior to shipment.  Once the item has been shipped, the order may not be cancelled but the item may be returned in accordance with our Return and Refund Policies.

Delivery / Shipping Policy:
Items are normally shipped within 2 business days after receipt of order.  If there is to be any delay beyond this, customers will be contacted and given the option to cancel without penalty.  We only ship to the United States and Canada.  Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada may be subject to additional charges.  If there are additional charges, customers will be notified and given the option to cancel without penalty.  Any taxes, import duties, or any other fee imposed by governing bodies in the customer's location are the sole responsibility of the customer.
